BCA has maths and I don't think if you want maths out of your syllabus then definitely BCA shouldn't be your choice. BJMC doesn't have maths in it. So, you can got for it.

No, you are not able to get admission in the college because mathematics is an essential subject of BCA course. Although, some private colleges can gave you admission on the basis of donation but on standard parameters like government college, you are not eligible to take admission in BCA course.
