BCA being a technical course needs complete attention. It is always good to pursue BCA from a regular college than from distance, as the knowledge and skills you get in full time are impossible to get in distance learning. And moreover, no open university provide you placement options.

Hello Shivam,
Yes with commerce you may pursue computer application(BCA) but there is always an eligibility criteria. Usually college permits the students having minimum 50% of marks or some Colleges allow at minimum 45% in 12th. This was about private college or Institutes but government college /Universities always pass a cut off that is usually higher. If you have secured low marks than look out for private Colleges.
All the best! Thank you
