BCA has a single requirement, you to pass 10+2 with any stream up to 45% marks.
BCA is good for whom who wants to be a software engineer, if you wants to hardware and software both than u should choose B.SC IT( Information Technology) or Computer Science.

Hello Narayan,
I would advise you to go for good BCA college rather than an average B.Tech in CS. This is so since placements, understanding subjects, alumni, etc. count a lot in future.

BCA graduates who specialises and experienced as Information security experts can grow as CISO. To grow as CISO you may have to gain wide experience as Computer Resources Security expert and Information Security Analyst beside having sufficient management experience. It is long path from team member to CISO.
