Yes, undoubtedly it is. Chitkara University equips you well with both theoretical and practical knowledge so that you perform well on your important day.

BCA from IP University will be better. DAV is not known to all but IP University is popular in the whole country. Location wise Delhi is better than Chandigarh. Chandigarh is also a very beautiful city.

M.Sc will be better for you. It will not only save your year but also equip you for lectureship jobs in any colleges. Completing Masters early means 1 more year to try for government jobs as per age bar and you can complete your MCA if you want to do so even after M.Sc, through distance learning directly in 3rd year. So you will have 2 Masters instead of 1, if you do M.Sc first.

All three fields are good. But if you go for BCA, it will pay you more after completing Masters and there are lots of companies recruiting people from MCA. You can make your own start up.

To find the further job opportunities in BCA, google it, you can become an Android Developer, Web Developer, etc. But doing B.Tech will provide more job opportunities.
