Hi Sneha,
You can prepare for GRE along with your studies or even after. The GRE is not taken to apply for jobs, it is taken to pursue Master's degree programs in US.

It depends on your stream in class 11 and 12th. If you have science, then you can go for B.Tech. If you have commerce, then you can go for B.Com or BBA. If you have computers with science and interested in computers, programming languages or web designing, then you can go for BCA.

As you are a technical resource, you are advised to do courses on ABAP. ABSP is a programming language that runs in the SAP ABAP runtime environment, created and used by SAP for the development of application programs. If you want to become functional consultant then you can chose any SAP function based on your interests and functional domain knowledge.

BCA is a technical course, so it is better if you are doing BCA in English because in BCA you need skills in English.
