The integrated Ph.D program at various Indian universities is for the students with an excellent academic record at B.Sc and who are strongly motivated to pursue a career in research. Unfortunately, BCA is not treated equally to B.Sc. Therefore, you are not eligible for integrated Ph.D program.

If you have a knowledge of computers, then you can select BCA. Otherwise, you can go for BBA.

If you are interested to become a lawyer then you can do law, but for engineering career you need MCA.

There are many opportunities after completing MCA. After completing BCA, there are many job opportunities but if you do not pursue MCA, then you salary would be low.
