Candidates must fulfill the following requirements in order to be considered for B.E./B.Tech programs at KNS Institute of Technology (KNSIT):

Educational Requirement: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with a grade in mathematics, physics, and one of the following electives: computer science, biology, or chemistry.

Minimum Score: Applicants must have passed the qualifying exam with at least 45% of the possible points (or 40% for reserved categories).

Entrance Exam: The main means of admission are the results of the COMEDK UGET or the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test). Depending on additional factors, management quota seats can also be available.

Additionally, applicants must be of legal age and submit the necessary paperwork for admission.

The selection criteria for the B.E. / B.Tech courses at Tamilnadu College of Engineering (TCE) are mainly based on the candidate's performance in entrance exams. For candidates seeking admission under the Tamil Nadu state quota, the admission process is carried out through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) based on the candidate's Class 12 marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with no separate entrance exam required. The score of JEE Main will be taken into consideration for candidates applying under All India quota. The college follows the reservation policy of Tamil Nadu government in respect to SC, ST, OBC, and other categories.

The basic requirement offered while the admission in B.E./B.Tech at St. Peter's Engineering College is the compulsory 10+2 examination and they must have scored 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) for the general category and 40% for the reserved category they will be considered eligible for the admission in the college. The candidate has s / s in the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) or JEE Main. On the same note, the candidates should be of least 16 years of age and should not be more than 25 years of age. The college also chases Diploma holders directly into various levels of education or training programmes.
