The eligibility criteria for B.E./B.Tech admission at Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology typically require candidates to have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or Biotechnology. Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in these subjects (45% for candidates from reserved categories). The requirement in12thstandard mark for B.E./B.Tech at KJ's Educational Institute is that the candidate should have secured minimum 50% marks in PCM for general category candidates and 45% marks for reserve categories. Also, the candidate must have appeared for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) or the joint entrance examination (JEE) Main. The institute also accepts candidates who had appeared for the Diploma in Engineering and Technology examination and secured 50% marks. The institute offers 600 intakes in B.E./B.Tech and 70% of the seats are admitted through Centralized Admission Process and rest through management seat.

Candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or Biotechnology. Additionally, candidates are required to have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in these subjects (45% for candidates from reserved categories). Candidates must also appear for the JEE Main examination, as the score is generally considered for admission. For admission under the management quota, the college may consider other entrance exams or conduct its own screening process.
