Mostly not because last year, the cutoff for OBC was 130 for computer engineering and even if it drops down, it will not drop by a large margin. So you may not get PCCOE.

You can either get directly admission in some private colleges or you can go for entrance exam for the top colleges. Do appear in entrance exam CAT to get admission into IIMs.

When you will be in 4th year, you can apply for the entrance exam of MBA. You can apply for CAT to get MBA in IIMs.

Last year. the cutoff closed at 88% for OBS category in the fourth list, so you can think for the same accordingly.
