Pursing MBA in Canada should be explored only if you intend to work there itself as in India such an MBA will not have much preference over MBA from India institutes.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in HR. However, I would suggest you need to first check on your personality traits and interest areas and then based on it explore specialisation in MBA.

Yes, they do provide distance MBA. They also provide Executive / part time MBA programme as well. However, a full time programme from either of the institutes should be preferred for better growth opportunities.

This would depend on the specialisation that you have picked up in MBA. You need to pick up certification / Diploma courses in the said area of specialisation to get an edge over others in your batch.

Your score seems to be on the lower side. I would suggest you get admission in Diploma course and then pursue B.Tech +MBA.

This would depend on your interest areas and long term career choice. If you intend to go into business management/administration then MBA is better. However, if you want to grow on the technical / research / academic side then MCA is better.

In India most MBA programs are of 1.5-2 year duration. Internationally MS/MBA programs are there of 1 year duration as well. You need to be sure what you want to do and based on it decide.
