Yes, you can do MBA. All you need is to score minimum 50% marks at graduation level and appear for CAT and get a good percentile.

MBA will always give u a better job facility as it is one of the best options for job. any company which wants there business to move forward and give high levels will give chnces to MBA students as they have good managing and business skills where as the MCA student wont have much value there

It's good to read that you want to pursue MBA. Since you are employed I would suggest you to explore executive MBA. It's of a shorter duration and also curriculum is more relevant. Most colleges in Mumbai that offer full time MBA also offer an Executive MBA programme. Pick a college keeping in mind proximity of your office/home.

For distance MBA one needs to have minimum 3 years of work experience. I would also suggest you to explore Executive MBA over Distance MBA. It has advantages in terms of duration of the course and curriculum as well.
