After BBA, you generally get a private job through the college campus placement if the college is a reputed one. Common recruiters include TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. with a package of around 3 lacs pa. For government jobs like in banks, etc. you will have to clear the competitive examinations after your degree.
