The infrastructure and academic activity are good. No ragging is there.
80%- 90% students are placed every year with a good package. The faculty is very supportive. There are lots of opportunities you get for going in companies like Jabong, Flipkart, HCL, etc.

You can't apply without appearing for/clearing the entrance exam, because nowadays, almost every institute organises entrance exam programme for admission process to know the basic knowledge of the candidates applying for a course.

No, IIHM Delhi doesn't offer MBA in hotel management.

There are many colleges available providing the best PGDHRM courses.
Some are Indian Law Institute, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Indian Institute of Art and Design, Bioinformatics Institute of India, Management Development Institute.
