In my personal opinion, it would be best to opt for B.Tech+M.Tech. The added advantages that you get here are as follows:-
1. Your post graduation will take 1 year less. Everything will be finished in 5 years whereas if you opt for post graduation afterwards, it will take 1 year extra. 2. Also, a company will always be willing to give you a better position if you are a post graduate. So, what you will get as an added advantage of M.Tech degree is fabulous job, with a great position. I know it is

Congratulations and all the best. The whole process will be done by you so it's your wish to take your parents with you or not. It will take one day like from morning to night. As GD-PI is divided in different slots. The last merit list of GD-pI comes at max 6:30. So many of the parents pays the fees at the same day. It is allowed till 11:00 PM to pay the fees else you can pay it the next day. It is not mandatory to be in formals.

No, MBA is a post graduation course.
You will have to initially undergo graduation then only you are eligible for MBA.
There are management courses at Bachelor's level as well, where you can be eligible.

PGDM and MBA both courses are somewhat similar. Only difference is in the fees. I would prefer any of the course from reputed institute only. Admission to MBA requires high scores in entrance exam for good institutes. If not, then PGDM is always a better option if you wish to pursue management education.
