MBA eligiblity criteria says that a student must complete their graduation which should be equal to Diploma and any other.
Yes, you are eligible for CAT. Just go for that.

Both the universities are at the top most part of institute, Its totally depends on your willingness and the kind of exposure yo want to have if you want to go abroad go for the pondicherry else I will suggest you to apply for the CAT

It is really difficult, provided you have opted for minority quota.
Once you get admission, you can choose the specialisation of your desire.

With 90 percentile, assuming for MHTCET, you have a chance to get in the college if you put Thakur as a first preference.
For marketing, there are decent placements, with average package of 3-4L and majority openings for sales.

The admission criteria now has changed for admission in FMS- DU. Now they give weightage to only your CAT score rather your past academics. FMS is a good option for those who can't score either in 10th or 12th or both. But one important thing is according to last year they call around 2200 student for few places. So, people who want to take admission in this B-School, they have to give 100% in GD-PI as well as CAT. Hope this helps. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied. Good Luck.
