The basic difference between a PGDM programme and MBA is that the PGDM is offered by a private college while MBA can only be offered by a university. The choice should be based on the placement statistics provided by the college. If you go for jobs, then most of the descriptions state "MBA or Equivalent", here, PGDM is considered as equivalent to MBA (please check whether the college has accreditation and recognitions such as AIU. AIU recognised institutions provide MBA equivalent PGDM programs). The choice is yours, you can either go for PGDM or MBA, but please consider the placement records of the college before selecti

57 is a good score in TANCET for MBA admissions for BC quota. Still there is very less chances of impossibility if there occur greater variations in students preferences of MBA colleges in counselling. It can be decided only during this years counselling. However, there is 90% chance for you to secure admission through TANCET exam. All the best!

According to the eligibility criteria specified by KMAT, the candidates who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for MBA/PGDM but they have to provide the graduation certificate at the time of admission. You can verify this information at:
