You have done PG in management hence you are eligible for Ph.D. in management. However, if you are desirous of Ph.D. in any other subject, then you need to obtain PG in that subject first.

BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration & BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Applications. I suggest you to choose the stream of BBA as after that you can go on for the masters course of MBA which has more scope un the management and business firms.
