PGDM, as the name suggests, is a diploma and not a regular degree. Its syllabus focuses on practical aspects of management and is very concise.
MBA is a regular Masters degree with benefits of both, being superior to diploma and being a PG course. Its course is also very elaborate. Hence, more merits mean more fee. Also, MBA students are placed more easily than PGDM.

At the time of admission to First Year B.Com course, students are required to fill in the University enrollment form, without which the admission will not be approved by the University of Mumbai. If they fail to fill in the enrollment form they will not be allowed to appear for the examination and their names will be struck off from the College Register. No student will be deemed as admitted to the college unless he/she has filled in a fresh admission form and has paid the necessary fees & deposits and obtains approval from the University.
