So, first please focus on completing your graduation with good grades and then aim for an excellent percentile in CAT then you are all set to secure admission via CAT.

You can join for distance MBA, you must have minimum 1 year of work experience.

There is nothing like placement when it comes to flying schools. The candidate is trained to fly the aircraft and given knowledge of aviation subjects, after which a Commercial Pilot License is issued by DGCA.
This License entitles the candidate to apply for various airlines as per the requirements mentioned in the job notifications.
Airlines then conduct a selection procedure and those who get through are hired.
Hence there is no role of flying school in getting someone placed, although quality of training and facilities differ from flying school to flying school.
