Yes, if you have an equivalent Diploma in the same branch which you want to pursue. The admission procedure, however, is centralized for the entire state and is under ACPC. Go through the ACPC site for further details.

BBA colleges in Ahmedabad are HL College, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, which is in Gandhinagar, but is nearby Ahmedabad, Nirma University, SMPIC. No, these colleges don't offer admission through management quotas, they have their own university exam or UGAT or your class 12th marks.

You can apply for NID DAT test in 12th standard. With 12th standard, you can give this exam so that after completing your 12th, you can get the advantage of qualifying this exam.
