No, you cannot get CSE branch in any of the NITs with 85 percentile. But, as per as your caste category you can get any other branch depending on the cutoff in any NIT.

Don't compare them on the basis of the package. Do whatever you really want to, else after joining wrong course will make you regret whole life. Although I will suggest to for IIM whatever you get, rest is your choice.

If MBA is the only option after graduation then BBA will be helpful. If you want to keep other options open then B.Com should be chosen. Paralelly you should prepare for IIM entrance too.
