If you are from general category, then you have to score at least 50% in PCM group to get admission in any engineering college. I think you disqualify from the criteria. I am sorry to say but you are not eligible for engineering. There might be chances to qualify for engineering if you belong from SC/OBC or any other reserved category, as the percentage required for this category is 45%.

It is not possible to mention the exact cutoff, but if your aggregate score is above 75 or 80, there is a chance that you might .You should apply for CAP round and if you want R.A.I.T, fill it as your 1st preference, it will increase your chances to score admission here.
