It's always good to have dream. Good dream. But then one needs to work hard to achieve it. Your dream of doing BA Eco hon from a good college would have received a boost if you had scored 75%+ ! Now your only chance is in private college via management quota.

It's very good to know that you have dreams of completing MA. Good. Firstly you should try same college and University from where you completed your graduation. If for some reason this is not fructifying, then you can think of doing it through IGNOU.

I think you appear to have a good chance. However, let me ask a query. What is written on your certificate of BA? If Telugu is mentioned then perhaps you can seek admission for MA in Telugu.
