You can go for an MA in economics, it will be a good option and you can also go for Ph.D in economics if you want.

Hello, I am afraid but 52% marks is quite low to get into a Canadian University. You can opt for colleges under SPP, however I doubt your visa chances which will depend on your communication skills, your intention of studying and of course your overall application kit. Look for advanced diploma, post-secondary diploma or even Bachelor's degree programs in a relevant area. Keep check on your interests, it's important you know what you want.
