Hi Palak,
The courses at any level in Canada trains you well for the job market, but they do not provide any guarantee on it. For managerial economics, you may check the skill shortage list and see if you have scope of jobs.

The Master of Arts in Community and Economic Development incorporates two distinct bodies of theory and practice: economic development and community development. It focuses on the importance of linking these two concepts in a model that integrates the development of social capital and community capacity with the economic development of the community.

Hi Palak,
You may opt for a M.Sc in economics course if you are interested in pure economics. Several options are open if you have an economics degree. Since finance is a growing market and Canada is a finance hub you may also check Master of Financial Economics and related programs. MS in finance or MS in accounts could be another option, specialisations like business or managerial economics can be taken up. If you have work experience, you may enroll into an MBA program.

Dear,
Economics is bit tough in term of research, data analysis and statistics tools. If your foundation in maths is weak then it could be an issue.
I would suggest, you should consult with a renowned career counselor for better understanding of your caliber and interest.
All the best.
