Well, the course offered by IISC is more research -centric which leads to a different field and not as much favourable in getting the highest paid job. While, NITIE offers the courses which are more aligned to Technology and industry and the one who wants to pursue MBA from here so yes it is the right place to look for.

This can be a tricky decision, whether to pursue a Diploma or a degree in engineering as each of them has their own relevance. A Diploma save your time as it is for the duration of 2 years in case of full-time and 3 years in case of part-time course and after the completion of your Diploma you are required to complete two years of in-service training before you are fully qualified in your field. Whereas a proper degree in engineering would require a long duration of 4-5 years but at the same time would provide a better and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the subject. Engineering is a tough subject as it carries a wide variety of subje... View More

I think if you are completely indulge in having a doctorate degree and want to be a successful doctor then you should do MBBS then MD or MS. You must be aware of the things that now the pattern has been changed as now after completing MBBS there is an exit test if you cleared that test only then you will get the MBBS degree after that there is an entrance test for MD or MS and then again the exit test for same. In this course you just need strong determination towards your goal and ofcourse a lot if hardwork. On the other side if you just want to be a normal doctor then you can do MBA as doing MBA after MBBS is in trend. Now these days everyo... View More

Students need to stop studying and start educating. There is a difference, a fundamental one. The current trend is that the students study his subjects and relies on the exams as the final authority to decide whether he is fit to study next set of subjects year-on-year. It is important that student gets a couple of things very clear.First, the university is giving degree not education. To make himself educated and employable he should start looking for learning beyond his books. None can deny the importance of books and theory, but in a fast-changing world, we need more of experiential learning. The students must study with the goal in mind. T... View More

It solely depends on your choice. See, being an engineer, you can go in the research departments like BARC, DRDO, ISRO, etc. At the end of the day, the crux is to gain supremacy in the subject which you have joined and you should love it.
