Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue BA LLB. It has a great infrastructure and great faculty members, it has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.

Try UPES Dehradun. I guess it takes candidates based on class 12th. Indore Institute of Law is also an option.

You surely can. You need to prepare for law entrance exam though. Get a great score and apply. Direct admission isn't possible in reputed universities.
