You should prefer BA LLB (Hons). It has a wide scope. Marks doesn't matter much. You need to clear the entrance exam first.

You need to fill the form of Common Law Entrance Test or CLAT 2018 which will come out by November or December. You can also take MH-CET for law colleges in Maharashtra.

It is not necessary that every college has B.Com LLB, but I am sure than TNNLS and UPES, Dehradun offer B.Com LLB and it's better you take CLAT to get admission in TNNLS.

NUSR only offers 5-year integrated law. DU, Jamia Millia Islamia and Allahabad University provide 3-year law.
