All the three colleges mentioned are well known. From a strategic point of view, I would prefer Toronto because it is the financial capital of Canada, which means greater access and opportunities. The university is extremely competitive, so apply to the other two as well. Simon Fraser is also a popular university for undergraduates.

Please visit the UBC website for admission requirement. It is clearly stated that the minimum average needed to fall within the competitive range is approximately 74% on a 33% pass scale, or 76% on a 40% pass scale. If you haven't checked the website yet, here is the link:

Please check some of the very popular universities such as Carnegie Mellon University, MIT, California Institute of Technology, Georgia Tech, University of California- Berkeley, McGill University, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo to name a few, please visit their websites and check the program curriculum, you will find these as a specialization or major subject depending whether you are looking for Bachelors or Masters.
