The cutoff trend for medical Courses at Andhra Medical College has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 19049. In 2022, it decreased to 15778. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 17558 to 18894 for OBC, 89359 to 44708 for SC, 104594 to 76819 for ST, 18027 to 16966 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for medical education in India continues to grow.

Andhra Medical College will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
The NEET score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course
Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

For last year, the closing rank for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery was 15778 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Andhra Medical College.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Andhra Medical College other than General category are - 18894 for OBC, 44708 for SC, 76819 for ST, 16966 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 5071 and closing rank was 15778. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Andhra Medical College is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For 2022, cut off was 15778 for General category candidates in All India quota for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Andhra Medical College. NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Through Common Counselling, Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) administers postgraduate medical admission to the MD programme at St. John's Medical College. Candidates who passed the INICET exam may apply for this course.

In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 18372. In 2022, it decreased to 5853. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 18878 to 5419 for OBC, 97741 to 89014 for SC, 97321 to 134129 for ST, 16889 to 4195 for EWS, 670544 to 374117 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for medical education in India continues to grow.
