Hello Dear,
If you look at NEET cutoff trends, you may witness an exponential rise. Coming to score for government medical colleges you need 550+ whereas, for private you need 450+ to be in the safer side.

Hello Dear, A NEET score of 50 is very less for admission into any private college for MBBS. You can either try for management seats or repeat NEET examination.

Hello Dear,
With 340, you have less chances for MBBS or BDS in government medical colleges. For government the expected cutoff is around 500. But, you may expect a good private college depending on your street.

There's no such difference. AIIMS and JIPMER are reputed institutions of our country and provide better teaching facilities than any other college.

Hard to tell. As the cut-off gets quite high. But as you fall under a category, you can hope. Thanks.

12th marks don't matter in NEET, they only make you eligible for appearing in the exam. There is no college in India which takes direct admission after NEET. So, you need to score really well in NEET to get admission in MBBS. For general category, around 560-600 marks will confirm your admission.
