Mainly it depends on clinical practice, research, lecturer or you can go for masters and PhD.
In B.Sc psychology, you can further pursue for masters degree or research or counselor.
In pharma, you deal with only drugs. This is also a good option you can get a placement in big companies like Ranbaxy, Cipla, etc.
