If you are already a post graduate, I would suggest you to go for a job for sometime to understand how the job market works so that after a year or so you are able to decipher your higher study specialization. This will also help you in choosing an area of research for your p.hd as you will have first hand experience.

not possible phd after 1yr pgdm.
sm university criteria min 2yrs pgdm.
max university criteria nt pgdm need master degree

first you apply and get your admission. then look for funding agencies who are sponsoring your research area.

you can do counsel the students who are suffering from distraction of mind at a time of study. and also help d people who have more or less psychological problems.
