Dear Ved,
Have you started looking out for universities for your Ph.D? If not, start looking and contacting them. The university you plan to apply to must be currently working on the research area you are interested to work. Email the department heads or supervisors to find out. That is the basic process for Ph.D

Kindly filter out the mode of learning / branch / college / location as desired from the above link. To pursue PhD, you need to pass masters / M.Phil with minimum 55%. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
