It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 3rd year B.Sc and have landed up a backlog which has delayed your graduation. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. You may also consult your previous college, if they can re-consider your case. I would request you to contact your Head of Department regarding the procedure set forth by the college.

Hi Nikhil,
It's unfortunate that your brother has not cleared his 12th and has landed up a compartment in Physics and Maths.
There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that he first does away with his compartment exams as it is very crucial for moving ahead towards acquiring a good course and enhance his studies.
In order to get past a reputed college and a feasible course, ensure that he cracks these exams to the best of his capability.

Hello, I don't think you need to shift, you can start all over again. German universities require 13 years of formal education so you have met the criteria. You can start researching, check DAAD website, learn German language , maximum UG programs are taught in German language, prepare for IELTS, visit university websites rigorously and take help of a counselor if required.

For 12th Physics I suggest you to go through your NCERT books only and make your basics clear
After completing NCERT you can go for different sample papers for practice.
