Afterwards select a guide and with help from guide select research topic. Well you will be on the path of research. Then you can take up teaching career and be guide to other research scholar along with your own post-doctoral research.

No there are no such colleges but IGNOU has online video classes at the designated study centres and if you go there perhaps you can take it's advantage. But the concept of distance education is to learn at one's own convinience and not get bogged down by timings.

Psychology is a special subject. A student needs to know many things/aspects about the subject before he / she is ready for PG. Hence even though you have done MBA you are presently not eligible. You should do graduation first and then you will be eligible.
