You have done PG in management hence you are eligible for Ph.D. in management. However, if you are desirous of Ph.D. in any other subject, then you need to obtain PG in that subject first.

The full time course starts in the month of June, for which admissions start in the month of mid may. You need to be a graduate in psychology to be able to apply. There is no entrance test but selection is done on merit basis.

The eligibility criteria is-
50 % minimum marks or equivalent grade point in psychology as core paper in BA.
MSU allows admission only if your degree is complete by the time your session here starts. That means, if they classes for MA start in June, then your Bachelor's should be completed by then. You shouldn't be still pursuing it.

It is a sincere effort to bring about a change in attitude and responsiveness to the variety situations in life - both personal and professional. The way you talk to people - your tone, body language and the words ; staying motivated; managing and respecting time well; response to failure and trials and challenges; ability to support and help people while working as a team and ability to take initiative. All of this and more comes together to form a positive mental development. Staying calm and patient and aware of any situation and concern is really key point.

Once you obtain your degree of BA, then you need not spend three years again to have another degrees. There are plenty of institutions offering PG diploma or certificate in tourism. I would advise you to go for certificate course first and then decide future while working.

Both are different courses and having a different scope. Choose the career path of your interest that will help you in the future. If you have interest in computer fields then go for M.A. If you have interest in psychology, then go for M.A.
