Yes u can choose and your eligible. In some private colleges and private universities directly u can get management seat by paying tuition fee. And coming to government universities u have to write PGCET entrance exam for M.Sc. human genetics. If you get good score u get best universities in state wide.

From JEE Advanced point of view every thing is important because we cannot judge the paper pattern, it is changing every year, so pre decided topics might become wrong in actual exam. So prepare accordingly.

Yes your eligible. But in my opinion it is not good because computer Science is different from maths. Both are different subjects. It's better u to study MCA or M.Tech computer Science. If you are much interested in M.Sc. Maths, u better to start preparation for PG entrance exams like PGCET. And for M.Tech u can write PGECET entrance exam for state wide colleges and universities. For IIT and NIT GATE.
