If you want to get good placements you should go to Ernakulam. Good colleges like SCMS, Rajagiri, Fisat, etc. are there. No top colleges are there in Thrissur.

There are two institutes and both offer admission on basis of tests like CAT/ MAT/ CMAT etc.
In case you didn't give these tests then you can try for some good private universities where you can get admission on basis of your marks in graduation or basis of test conducted by them.
