If you have paid your last year fee, then it won't be a problem, or else authorities will ask you to pay the fee and procedure may vary. But, paying your fee will get you admission card to exams. Even I didn't attend the final year exam, but I could get my hall ticket.

No, it is not possible, because you are in 3rd year, not in 1st year, so, it is not possible. I only want to say forget about environment of your college, only believe in yourself and give 100% in your study.

Hello Neha!
No it is not possible. As you have completed 2 years of B.Tech In Mumbai university, there are no provisions for getting into any of the colleges for the 3rd year of B.Tech.
But, you can get into Anna University for post-graduate studies by clearing TANCET exam.

MS Computer Science in German universities is offered as engineering PG degree. You are not eligible for MS Computer Science as you have completed only 10+2+3 years education against requirement of 10+2+4 years of education for seeking admission in MS in German Universities.

Mumbai University does not offer this course, but on the other hand, Pune university offers BNYS course.
