Placement opportunities are very less for B.Com students, but if you pursue higher education such as MBA and PG courses, then placement opportunities are very high.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons.) - Batch of 2025

The placements are quite decent and the college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Currently, I am a student under this course, but this year the placements offered were really impressive. The average package offered was 6 LPA. The roles offered were that of sales assistance and management consultant. There were about 60% of the students who got internships in the locality.
Infrastructure: The ambience of the University is breathtaking. Although it is an old campus, the infrastructure is not that great. But facilities like Wi-Fi, library are really good. The facilities offered in the mess and the canteen are also quite decent and the food is very good.
Faculty: The teaching staff here is very cooperative and knowledgeable and their teaching quality is also decent. Although the course curriculum is not that great. The practical applicability of the course is not there. The semester exams are quite tough here and the passing percentage is about 40%.
Other: As I am from a commerce background, I had a keen interest towards this course. There are very interesting events that happen in the campus. National scholarships are also given to the students and there are various clubs too.

Really good infrastructure and well qualified faculty are available at this college.
Placements: IMS provides good placements opportunities to its students. Around 40–45% of the students gets placed at our college. The average package offered was between 5-7 LPA. Students were getting placements and internship training at our college. The top roles offered were dentist, dentist surgeon, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available for the BDS at the IMS was very good. All the modern facilities were given to the students to improve their learning. Labs, libraries, canteens, Wi-Fi, hostels, etc. were available for the students. Sports facilities were available for the students. Various sports tournaments were organized at the college.
Faculty: The faculty of the college were well trained and knowledgeable. Teachers were offering proper training to the students. All the faculty members were helpful and qualified. They were teaching us well. The course curriculum of the college was relevant and it makes the students industry-ready.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of.
Placements: The placements in my college are pretty decent, I would say. The percentage of students who got placed in my college mainly depends on the cutoff, their caste, and the number of students applying for the course. Companies like Deloitte, Byju, etc., visit the campus. As for the remaining questions, sorry, I don't have any correct knowledge.
Infrastructure: The commerce lab and classrooms are fine, the library is decent, I would say. I have no experience in PG and hostels. The campus is not good but not bad either. There is a lack of greenery in the campus, too many unwanted outsiders in the college, and no rules and regulations, etc. I had tried two fast food items from the college canteen, and they both were awful. It was really bad. No for canteen food from that time. Regarding medical facilities, I don't know. In terms of sports and games, there is an indoor auditorium in the college and a big ground (which has accountable trees) on the campus. It's decent, actually. Don't come with high expectations.
Faculty: I didn't get any fresher's fest, orientation, or festivals yet, but our 1st-semester exams are scheduled to start from the last week of this month. Honestly speaking, I am losing my last brain cell. I mean, what do they want from us? Seriously. Anyway, what can we do now? We aren't mentally prepared for the exams, especially I'm not.
Other: Decent feels. Extra curriculum. Nothing like that has happened yet, and I'm disappointed.

IIT BHU, a must read review.
Placements: There are only around 150 students left to be placed out of 5000 therefore the college placements are great. The highest package was around 1.25cr while the lowest around 5-6LPA. Some of the companies were Google Microsoft Adobe etc. Roles included core as well as non core roles of SDE DA/this engineers etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure great. Whole college has a Wi-Fi facility but are no ACs in the college just except in the library. The labs are okayish although most of the times equipments don't work we somehow manage. The library isn't enough for the students in the college so sometimes there is a lot of rush especially in summer.
Faculty: The faculty teaching is great. It is pretty easy to understand what they teach and the courses are pretty upto the point. The courses are very much related to the branch we have chosen and help in the future industry experiences of a student. The semester exams are not that difficult and most of the students pass with good CGPA.
Other: IIT BHU is one of the oldest IITs and that is why I chose the college. Also the placements of college are much better than many top IITs even during recession after lockdown, it is pretty impressive.

B.A. LL.B (Hons.) - Batch of 2026

Faculty of Law, BHU (an institution that will give you quality education).
Placements: The B.A. LL.B. course was started in 2014 in the Faculty of Law at BHU, so only 5 batches have passed out since. Not all students were initially ready for jobs in the corporate sector, as many or all of them are focused on the judiciary. In the past years, Tata AIG has been coming to the university to offer PPOs to 5th-year students, and the average package they offered was around 6–7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The faculty infrastructure is improving day by day as new smart classrooms are constructed with speakers, projectors, and smart boards connected to computers. Hostels here provide double-occupancy rooms with 24/7 free electricity and water supply, with an average rate of $3500 per year. The mess provides food at Rs 50 for unlimited food and only closes at night. All the medical facilities, including medicine, are provided free of charge to students, and even a 24/7 emergency ambulance is always just a call away.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and professional, with years of experience in teaching. The curriculum is followed by the subjects and guidelines prescribed by the Bar Council, and the classes are run according to a minimum of 90 days of teaching per semester, followed later by exams.
