BUMAT 2025: Result (Declared), Counselling Dates (Out), Admission Process

BUMAT results 2025 has been announced. Candidates who appeared for the BUMAT exam can download their scorecard online when released. The BUMAT scorecard 2025 was released at bvuniversity.edu.in. • The minimum educational requirement for candidates is to have completed Class 12 or an equivalent examination.

Minimum aggregate marks required:

• Candidates should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45 percent in their Class 12 or equivalent examination.
• For candidates belonging to the SC/ST category, a relaxation is provided, and they are required to have a minimum aggregate of 40 percent marks.

Indian citizenship is mandatory:

• All candidates applying for the position must be Indian citizens.
• Non-Indian citizens or individuals with dual citizenship are not eligible to apply for this position.

Eligibility for candidates yet to appear for their Board Exam:

• Candidates who are currently in their Class 12 and are yet to appear for their Board Exam are also eligible to apply.

Candidates obtaining valid score in BUMAT exam will be eligible to appear for the counselling process. During the BUMAT counselling, on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate, college is alloted. 

BUMAT 2024 counselling will be conducted from July 01 to July 04, 2024. The candidate will be offered admission on the basis of his/her rank in the final merit list, score obtained in BUMAT exam and availability of the seats for a particular programme at a particular Institute of the candidate's choice at the time of BUMAT counselling and admission in the desired programme and Institute. Mere appearance in the computer center based entrance test and inclusion of name in BUMAT merit list does not confer any automatic rights to secure admission to the programme offered by the institute. The selection and admission to the programme is subject to fulfilling the BUMAT eligibility criteria. Candidates failing to meet the prescribed BUMAT eligbility criteria will be disqualied.  

In case candidate score equal aggregate marks in BUMAT exam then their ranking will be determined on the basis of following order of preference:

• If equal marks, the candidates will be ranked according to their percentage of marks obtained at HSC or its equivalent examination
• If equal marks, the candidates will be ranked according to their percentage of marks scored at SSC or its equivalent examination
• When all the above scores are the same, the candidates will be ranked on the basis of computerized random numbering

BUMAT 2025 counselling dates has been announced. BUMAT 2025 results will be declared on June 20, 2025. Candidates must ensure to carry the required documents on the day of the counselling. Table below will be updated soon after the release of the BUMAT counselling dates:

Only candidates who completed application form along with the payment of application fee will be able to download the BUMAT admit card. Bharati Vidyapeeth Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test (BUMAT) previous year question papers are not released online. Candidates can visit the official website of Shiksha to download the past years question papers when released. Candidates will be able to download the question paper for free. BUMAT question paper will help candidates to acquaint with the difficulty level and actual exam environment. No, all the questions in the BUMAT question paper will be objective type questions and will be in MCQ format. Candidates will be given four options for each question. Candidates will have to select the correct option for each question. BUMAT question paper will consist of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. Each question will be for one mark. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answers. Candidates will have to attempt the 200 questions in 150 minutes. There will be no sectional time limit to attempt the BUMAT exam sections. BUMAT 2024 exam is expected to be held in third week of June 2024 in computer based mode across 62 cities across India.

Candidates will not be able to download the BUMAT question paper soon after appearing for the exam. The official question paper will be uploaded few days after the exam is conducted on the Shiksha portal. Candidates will be able to access the BUMAT question paper here. Baharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University does not releases the official BUMAT question paper and answer key. Candidates are not required to enter the login credentials to download the answer key and question paper when uploaded here.

The selected candidates will be required to pay the entire amount of tuition fees & other fees during the admission process through online mode through the fees portal of Bharatividyapeeth or by a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank or Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. payable at respective city of the institute drawn in the name of concerned Director:

In case the candidate fails to remit the entire amount of fees, he/she is likely to lose his/her claim for admission.If a candidate fails to confirm admission given to him/her, the same shall stand cancelled and the resultant vacancy will be offered to the next eligible candidate from the list. However, if candidate is unable to report in person, he /she can depute a representative with an authority letter signed by the candidate along with the requisite documents.

BVDU releases the BUMAT counselling dates on the official website. Candidates must report at the centre on the given date and time for the BUMAT counselling. Failure to report for BUMAT 2025 counselling process on the scheduled date and time will result in the instantaneous cancellation of a claim of the candidate to the seat. The candidate must note that appearance for the examination and inclusion of name in the merit list does not necessarily mean that he/she will get admission to the institute and course. The admission will depend upon the availability of seats to the particular programme and institute at the time of his counselling. It shall be candidates responsibility to see the result BUMAT 2025 and confirm their merit number. The candidate should remain present for counselling as per the schedule.

Candidates appearing for BUMAT 2025 counelling must ensure to follow the below prescribed guidelines:

• Report at the given centre by 10 AM. Failure to report for counselling on the given date and time will result in cancellation of a claim of the candidate to the seat
• Inclusion of the name in the merit list does not imply that the candidates will get the admission to the course/institute. The admission will be dependable on the number of seats
• No individual counselling letters will be sent
• Admission will be offered based on the seats offered in the institute and course as per the combined merit list prepared. 
• Carry all the required BUMAT 2025 counselling documents
• After scrutiny of their certificates, the candidates are offered admission according to their rank and availability of seats

No, candidates will not be able to change the BUMAT exam centre once the application form is submitted. BVDU does not provide any provision for BUMAT application form correction window. Candidates filling the application form must carefully enter the details. The BUMAT 2026 registration link will be activated in December 2025. The last date to apply for BUMAT exam will be notified. Candidates must carefully enter the personal details, academic details, exam centre preference and payment details. 

BUMAT application form once submitted, no requests for change in the details of the application form will be entertained. Candidates must check the list of the BUMAT exam centres before filling the application form. 

BUMAT exam centre preference can be added while filling the application form. BUMAT 2025 registration forms will be released online. While filling the application form candidates will be able to select up to three exam city preference. BUMAT 2025 exam is expected to be held across 58 exam cities in India. Candidates will be able to choose form the list provided by the authorities. To select the preferred city for allotment of BUMAT exam centre, candidates must have followed the steps mentioned below:

• Register on the official website of BVDU 
• Login with the credentials created. 
• Screen will display the BUMAT 2025 application form. 
• Enter the exam city name as per preference. 
• Fill up the rest of the application details
• Submit the application form along with the payment of the application fee.
