Best facilities to develop on your own.

Placements: We have 100% placements. People here get an average package of about 16 LPA for CSE and 10 LPA for ECE. Some of the companies visited are philips, Google, Facebook, apple, Goldman Sachs, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Samsung etc. Mostly offered roles are developers.

Infrastructure: For ECE branch infrastructure is not that great. We just have ordinary 2 labs and equipment provided are not upto the requirements. Students staying in hostels in mandatory. We have best hostels with good water facilities and Wi-Fi. Classrooms a...

I have highly recommended for CSE and just average in ECE.

Placements: Placements are good for CSE in the college. There are many companies visit this college like Google, Microsoft, Goldmann Sachs, Nvidia, Qualcomm and Intel. Almost there are 100% placements for B.Tech students in the college. For CSE average package offered is 12 LPA and for ECE 10 LPA. The highest for ECE would be around 16 LPA and for CSE around 24 LPA. Students take part in a placement cell in the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is just average. The campus is short and sweet. There i...

Our college is perfect for those who like coding and want to explore.

Placements: Placements in our college are really good. The highest salary package offered maybe 48 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered maybe 6 LPA. A lot of companies visited our college, and almost 70% of students from the batch, which includes dual degree students also got internships. The highest salary offered is 10 lacs per 2 months, and the lowest salary offered is Rs.15,000 per month, and the average salary offered can be Rs. 40,000 per month. There is a placement cell in our college, which is...

I would recommend anyone to take admission if they are capable of managing the hectic curriculum.

Placements: Placements in IIIT Hyderabad is 100%. IIIT placements are no less than Placements in NIT's, IIT's and other reputed government institutions of India. Internships are offered from the college with maximum of 1.5lakhs and minimum of 8K stipend. Some of the world known companies like Microsoft, Google, DE-Shaw, Facebook, Apple etc. Come for placements.

Infrastructure: Library in IIIT Hyderabad is the best. Classrooms are pretty big. Medical facilities are good. IIIT has very good infrastructure with highspeed Wi-F...

The college is excellent for excellent people.

Placements: Regarding ECE, placements are on par with IIT's. The average salary package was 13.8 lacs per annum, the lowest was 7 LPA, and the highest was 25 LPA. Here, ECE students have many opportunities. Here, the students can feel the research culture. Even undergraduate students can do research in their 3 and 4th years. We have different research labs, and the students join in one of the labs and assist the professor in their work, and this gives an industrial feel. It depends on the student whether th...

The college provides good placements, but there is more competition.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, and most of the students are opting for higher studies. Their research was really good, so they would most probably do their PhD abroad. Few students might go for their job which they got through placements. I don't know the companies which visit our campus as I am from the civil department. The college does not guarantee many placements for branches which are not CSE based.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. The only good block is KCIS where only a ...

A bit of both, good and bad.

Placements: I am not completely sure about the placements but they were good. The average salary for a student of computer Science goes about 14 Lacs. As far as I know almost everyone got placed. We have a body that tells everyone about companies that come and when all the coding rounds are going to be held. As far as I know about internships, I think almost everyone in my batch got an internship.

Infrastructure: Its infrastructure is good. The buildings are a bit old, but are in decent condition. Our college is constructing buildings and hostels as per when they are required. Recently 3 new girls hostel were made and a new research block. There are ample amount of hostels. Old boys hostel might need a little renovation, but it is spacious. The rooms in general are good and spacious. The new research block is good place to work. Almost all the labs have shifted there. The classrooms are good. They are ho...

A college with great course curriculum and coding culture.

Placements: The placement season was good, last year. The average package offered for CSE students was Rs. 18 LPA, the lowest was Rs. 12 LPA and the highest was Rs. 36 LPA. Companies like Tower Research, Google, Goldman Sachs come to the campus, every year. A few people get placed overseas, every year.

Infrastructure: The campus is small but cosy. The library, labs and classrooms are well-equipped. There are 4 messes, each serves a different type of cuisine like north, south, Jain and non- vegetarian. There are 4 canteens o...

If you can manage your time properly, then IIIT is the best place.

Placements: The placements are good in IIIT, Hyderabad. It is known for good packages. Every year, there are 100% placements on the campus. The lowest salary package was around 6-8 LPA, and the highest was 40-50 LPA. The average salary package was around 12-14 LPA. Almost all the students who tried for an internship got internships in some good companies. Even if they don't opt for an internship, they can do research or honours work during the summer, and it is a lot more efficient than an internship. The s...

Very good for CSE. I recommend dual degree only if you have keen interest in research else don't.

Placements: Placements for our batch is still to be done in the coming December and placements for our senior batch completed last December. They went quite well as our campus have 100% placement rate. Usually placements happen at the end of 4-1 semester in which dual degree students of previous batches are also added, that is for dual degree students placements take place in 5-1 semester. The highest package is around 40 Lacs per annum where the lowest is 6 Lacs per annum. Average salary for ECE and ECD st...

Great college for people interested in Computer Science.

Placements: Placements at IIITH have always been promising. Students generally tend to get PPO (Pre placement offers) from their internships. Overall the placements have been cent percent, with an average package of 18.8 Lacs per annum (2017) for CSE. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, Qualcomm, etc. Come for placements and internships to the college. This year we saw apple coming at the campus for placements (although their offers were disappointing). There is a lot of work put behind this by the pl...

Placements: Placement was awesome. The highest was around 45lacks and average was 15 Lacs. Same with the senior batch. Companies visited google microsoft apple indeed uber direct etc. Hundred % placements for last many years. For computer Science it comes under top 3 institute in india.

Great campus placements and faculty.

Placements: The placements of my senior batch were good enough. More than 90% of students have been placed. Software development profiles were offered. Many companies including major and minor had come to the campus for recruitment. The only reason I think is the industrial oriented training that the students are provided with.

Infrastructure: The availability of Wi-Fi in every building and room is a very important facility provided by the college. The library too is decent in some ways of it functioning. But the medical fa...

Placements: IIIT Hyderabad is one of the very few colleges, that claim 100% placement statistics. The highest salary was around 38 LPA, and even the lowest salary was 7 LPA. The average salary was a decent figure of 18 LPA. Companies hired students for various roles including ML, R&D, and Software Engineering jobs. In this entire selection process, the placement cell plays a crucial and very important role. The placement cell is responsible for approaching the companies to come to IIIT, as well as all the l...

Great campus placements in the year 2017 but poor infrastructure remains an issue for the students.

Placements: The placements for my senior batches were great. We have approximately 99-100% of the placements taking place on our campus. The only reason for this is, I assume that the Industrial oriented training is provided to the students, during the starting of their first year. The highest salary that was offered was for an off-shore job offering about 1.1 Crore per annum, whereas the lowest package was 7 LPA CTC. Also, the average was about 19 LPA CTC. College you can really hate and love at the same time.

Placements: I don't think I need to say much about the placements of IIIT Hyderabd. It is certainly one of the best colleges in the country. Because of the coding culture here, you'll learn much more after your first 2 years here than any other college. And because of that, you will get superb internships and placement opportunities. This year onwards, Apple has started coming to the college for on-campus placements as well. That's enough said. The detailed package details are already given on the Shiksha w...

Placements: The placements of this college is the prime reason it is becoming more and more popular in recent times. Over the past years, median salary has been consistently over 15-18 lacs. In addition to that top salaries abroad go in the range 150,000 US dollars. Almost all top companies namely Uber, Apple, Microsoft, Qualcomm etc. come for the placements.

IIIT, Hyderabad is a great college for computer science.

Placements: IIIT has a good average package for its CSE students, considering it is only a few years old college. The placements start in December itself. And this year, Apple has also chosen IIIT, Hyderabad for campus recruitments. It is the only college in which they are conducting campus recruitment.
