IIT Delhi BTech is a four-year course, which is offered in a full-time mode across 14 specialisations. Some of the offered course specialisations are CSE, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, etc. Admission to IIT Delhi BTech courses is based on the aspirant's JEE Advanced score. To qualify for JEE Advanced, candidates have to pass the JEE Main exam. Students can appear for JEE Main in two sessions, this allows students to improve their scores and take the April session exam if Jan one is missed.

NTA has announced the JEE Main application form date 2025 session 2. The application form session 2 was released on February 1, 2025.
