This college can be a bit stressfull sometimes, but overall a dream college for all.

Placements: 80 to 90% of students got placed last year. The placement ratio is pretty good. No data on the highest and the lowest package is known as of right now. For my course, in the core, the top recruiters are OIL, pharmaceutical companies, and Indian Oil. Non-core recruiters are all that recruit in all branches. No data for internship percentage. No idea about the roles offered in our course.

This college is good in everything.

Placements: They provide placements all over India and produces perfect engineers every year. There is no problem to find placements. Many students got a crores package also. The average package of the college is approximately 21 Lacs. Many students don't go for jobs and start their own business.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the course curriculum of mathematics and computing department at IIT D.

Placements: The highest package would be around 2 CR, which is PPO. And the lowest, I would say, CTC is 8 lpa. I'm in the mathematics and computing branch at IIT Delhi, so I would say that till the 4th day, almost 50% were placed and till the 10th, 75%. As per the recession, it's quite okay for me. But in normal situations, it could have been way better. Top companies like Graviton, NVidia, Google, Microsoft and many more. The top two roles were software and data analysts.

IIT Delhi review as a 1st year student.

Placements: Placements are really good even during period of recession. Many companies come here to recruit some of which are the companies who take only 4-5 students from all over India. So placement is really good. Some of the high paying companies for consulting and tech also recruit from here.

Bad infrastructure but worth it.

Placements: Placements is almost 100% but not always in the desired roles. Average package is 22 LPA. Top roles offered are consultancy jobs and teaching jobs. Internship in 3rd year is almost 75%, every 3 out of 4 people do get an internship along with a PPO. The highest packages are offered by quant.

IIT Delhi: The average college in India.

Placements: IIT Delhi has a strong placement record for Textile Engineering students. About 80% of students secure jobs through campus placements. The placement cell works with top recruiters to provide students with valuable preparation resources and support.

Absolutely satisfied with my college.

Placements: As of April 2024, 1,050 job offers were made to students in 2024 batch, including more than 50 international offers. The top recruiters included Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Texas Instruments, Bajaj Auto, Ola Electric, and Air India. The core (technical) sector was the top recruiting sector, with 42% of students got placed with average and the highest packages. Good college having excellent faculty and good placements.

Placements: Placement has declined significantly in the recent years in terms of packages offered. The companies take only the top students. In my branch, the opportunities are decent with a large number of students moving towards teaching or consulting.

Great infrastructure and facilities, but faculty and placements need improvement.

Placements: Total 87.69% students were placed. The packages offered were 1 crore (highest), 10 Lacs (lowest) and 36 Lacs (average). Top recruiting companies for our course- Goldman, TCS, Infosys, Ford motors, H&M. 80% students got internship from our course in companies like WorldQuant- A quant researcher internship, Uber- A software engineer internship and Apollo 24/7: An operations management internship. Really good infrastructure, excellent place to explore in any field.

Placements: First of all, this is one of the most underrated branches of IIT Delhi. Students eagerly work under professors on projects like SURA projects and research and end up getting internships in the Khorana Scholars programme, at Monash University, Surat. Last-year batch students got foreign internships at Imperial College London, Kyoto University and more. There are some students who go abroad for M.Tech and Ph.D., rest are placed at the end of the final semester.

The top recruiting companies are TCS, DRDO Labs, and General Motors. Around 65% percent of students got internships at top companies. The top roles are system engineer and data analyst.

Environment beauty. The company of students that we get is out of the world.

Placements: At IIT Delhi, top companies from core, consulting, tech, and finance backgrounds recruit students. Placements begin in the 7th semester. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and Flipkart come for recruitment. The average package is around 12-14 lakhs, with the highest reaching even 1-2 crores INR.

Amazing faculty, infrastructure, placements, extracurriculars, peer group.

Placements: 70-80 percent of the students were placed in my course, and most of them got a package above 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies were from all domains like tech, consultancy, non-tech core, and most of the companies had a decent package to offer.

Good placements, extremely good infrastructure, but dissatisfied because of accommodation.

Placements: Mostly everyone gets placed; the highest packages are around 3.4 crore CTC, and the lowest can be 10 LPA CTC. Top recruiters include Amazon, Google, and Jane Street. Nearly 60 percent of students from my course get internships from various non-core tech companies and core companies like L&T, Godrej, and Amazon.

I strongly disagree with the hectic schedule of IIT Delhi.

Placements: The percentage of students who are placed in chemical engineering is around 81% as of last year. The highest package is around 50 LPA, and the average package is around 50 LPA. Top companies are like Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Facebook and many more. The percentage of students who got internship from my course is around 70% to 80%. Roles are assigned according to students knowledge. Some got manager posts, some in the IT department.

Review of IIT Delhi - Indian Institute of Technology.

Placements: Almost all the students here get placed or opt for higher studies. Up to my knowledge, the highest package is about 3 Cr, the average package is 25 lpa, and the lowest package is 9 lpa. All of the companies that received placements in India came to IIT Delhi. Almost all the students get either research or work internship in various companies.

IIT Delhi: The dream of JEE aspirants.

Placements: I'm pursuing a BTech in mechanical engineering. The placements are decent. It is not necessary for us to choose only a particular field. Approximately 75% of people were placed last year. The highest package goes in crores, and the lowest being 7 lakhs. HUL, ITCC, and JLR are the top recruiting companies.
