Teachers really want to teach, they take every class and rarely take leaves.

Placements: From the fifth semester, students were eligible for campus placements. Various product-based and service-based companies like Flipkart, Accenture, Scalar, Visa, etc., visited. The college made efforts to every student placed.

The extra curriculum is commendable here now, and then something goes on.

Placements: From the 3rd year, students become eligible for campus placements. The college also gives the opportunity to sit in placements even after passing out. The average package that our college offers is around 3.6 LPA, while the highest one can reach up to 16-18 LPA. It is based on the student's merit and performance. Every year, many renowned companies visit and offer career opportunities to students.

The best research college in India, helpful professors, best classrooms, and other facilities.

Placements: Placements here are not that good as M.Sc chemical science is a very new course here. Placements here are as low as 10% (as most students go for PhD). The highest package is around 13 LPA. The lowest salary is 3 LPA. The average salary is 8 LPA. Most recruiting companies are battery related companies (last year 2 students got placed at Ola). Anyone willing to go for internships may apply to other institutes. Most likely, they got an internship in various educational institutes like IITs and IISE...

Quite disappointed because of the faculty members.

Placements: There were about 55% of the students were placed in my department. The highest package was 9 LPA, and the average package was 5.5 LPA. The lowest package was 4.5 LPA. The students who got internships in several recruiting companies were 35%.

It is the best research institute of India.

Placements: At IISC Bangalore, around 40% of the students got placements in the research program. This college provided average placement opportunities to our course students. The average package offered was 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were research and information departments. A superb percentage of students could get placed in my course, which was so good, it was 60%. The highest and the lowest packages offered for this course were between 20 LPA to 3 LPA. Overall best institute for M.Sc. in biological sciences course.

Placements: 79% of the students are transferred from my branch this year with an average of 17 LPA and the highest 27 LPA. The lowest offered is 7 LPA. The major recruiters are Pfizer, Amgen, Syngenta, and other companies. Internship opportunities are too good with almost 65% of students getting it only from the institute. Top roles offered as Biochemist, Geneticist, and more.

Placements: High percentage of placements are available in my course. The lowest and the highest package from top companies is 3 LPA to 16 LPA. Top recruiting companies are interested in this course. Percentage of internships in this course is 80% in top companies like Wipro and Railways.

Life at Indian Institute of Science.

Placements: The institute focuses more on research rather than placements. Students mostly come here for research, so there is no talk about placements. There is a placement cell that works for students, but as I said, the institute focuses more on research rather than placement.

IISc at a glance: an institute with a legacy of excellence.

Placements: There is a placement cell but I personally do not have experience with it. There are a lot of companies that come in like Airbus. Students are allowed to take three months internships with no questions and longer ones with permission. Not sure what the stipend is since most Maths people don't opt for this. Sadly I haven't taken any internships so I cannot comment on it.

Indian Institute of Science in 2025 admission for the best college or not in M.Tech ME course.

Placements: In this college, the best package is provided through the placement campus. In this college, many technology companies offer internships like TCS, Wipro, and Accenture, and these types of companies are involved with the college. On this college campus, to participate, one condition is that 70 percent marks are required.

Review of Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.

Placements: Campus placement conditions have improved in IISc after the inception of the campus placement cell. The average package is around 25 LPA. Since most of the students go for higher studies from IISc, you will see the placement percentage to be low. Personally, I am also going for higher studies.

Life at IISc - Pros and Cons.

Placements: Most of the students after completing four years continue to stay here to get a Master's degree after one more year and pursue Ph.D. from world-renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements, and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30,000 on average. Some students, mostly Physics majors, can give government exams like I.C.R.B., GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists.

Satisfied with the faculty members .

Placements: The campus has a well-functioning placement cell that assists students. Students are eligible to sit for placements in the last semester, given that they have completed the required number of credits. However, a unique point about the institute is that since it is a research-oriented institute, most students prefer to go for higher studies. Last year's data shows that only 6 students SAT for placements, out of which 5 were placed with an average package of 15 lacs per year. The remaining vast ma...

A good college review and more facilities.

Placements: The percentage of students that were placed in this course was almost the best of all. The placements, where the best highest package offered, i.e., 72% of students, got jobs, and the lowest package offered is 4.4 LPA. The recruiting companies may like if you have more opportunities. Sixty-nine percent of students got internships.

Placements: Placements are high in our course. Almost 93 percent to 80 percent of the students get placed. The highest package CTC offered is 34 LPA, and the lowest package CTC offered is 9.5 LPA. Some toppers get more offers from many companies, such as JPMorgan Chase, Marvell, Microsoft, and other companies. The percentage of students who got internships is 75 percent.

Satisfied with the campus life.

Placements: I do not have statistics about this. As per what I observed, I have seen ME students getting offers ranging from 12 to 24 lacs per annum. Being Ph.D. students from IISc, we generally do not look at campus placements. We look for postdoctoral fellowships abroad to get trained in arena, come back and try to give back to the nation what we can.
