- 30% of the total number of seats in each course are reserved for Muslim applicants. 10% of the total number of seats in each course are reserved for women applicants
who are Muslims and 10% of the total number of seats in each course shall be earmarked for (OBCs) and ST students who are Muslims. - 5% of seats in all the courses are reserved for physically challenged students.
- 5% of seats in all courses must be filled by internal students of Jamia who have passed their qualifying exam from Jamia schools as regular students.

Jamia Millia's Admission process for 2023 is conducted in online mode only. Candidates willing to seek admission need to visit the official website of the university to fill out the application form, attach documents and pay the application fee. The application fee once received successfully at JMI's end is non-refundable and no correspondence on this subject is entertained
