I am very much satisfied with my college. As a student my only concern will be the better placement.

Placements: Many companies have come to the campus but not literally everyone sits for those. As the expectations of students are more than actually the package is provided by the companies reaching to this stage students have already spend lot of money and effort in getting the admissions. Top companies were like UTC Honda Decalthon. To be very honest not a lot of students get the placement. Placement cell is actually very good they have to put in effort. Rest the infrastructure and administration is great...

Jamia Millia Islamia college memories won't be erased.

Placements: I got a job offer from Citi for the role of portfolio accountant with a package of 3.7 LPA. Even I visited the Shiksha website to guide myself as to how to present yourself. Even the faculty helped us a lot to improve our personalities.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well-established with all the facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs and classroom. There is a library with sufficient multiple stocks of books which are related to the courses.

Review of Centre for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia.

Placements: We have a student placement cell entirely directed by the students for the students along with the full support of the placement advisory of our department, and we aim for inviting the best organisations for campus recruitment and internships rigorously. The college needs to improve its placements and hostel facilities, and update the course curriculum.

Placements: Placements were very low for our batch and our senior batch. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 3.7 LPA. Only Axis Bank recruited 10-12 candidates from our batch. Everyone else got placed on their own, and fortunately, most of us are now placed in good companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was very good. You can see a lot of greenery on the campus. Food available in the canteen was quite good. The hostel facility in the college needs some improvement. Steps should be take...

Placements: Esteemed corporations and recognised conglomerates visited the college, providing grounds for fairly extensive exposure. There was the lowest salary package starting from 3.5 LPA to as high as 10 LPA for the 2018 batch and the average salary package offered around 5 LPA.

Placements: Placements in the university, especially in the Centre for Management Studies are pretty good. The placement cell works very hard to provide excellent placements and internships to students. Several large-scale and small-scale companies visit the college every year. The average package offered was around 6 LPA to 7 LPA for MBA students. Around 50% of the students got placed in 2016-2017.

Yes, we do have a placement cell which is working their level best for the betterment of student and JMI. Our college is average. I joined this college because the fee is very low, i.e., Rs. 30,000/year.

Placements: The placement scenario in our college is quite selective and low. The average package offered was in between 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The percentage of students who got placements through college was around 40%. The students with whom we have interacted said that they got the job in CCD and others. Due to company policy, they got to work as a clerk for six months.

Placements: Companies come because of the repute of the college it is up to the individual's capabilities to convert it. The college will hone the skills to sustain the market forces. There are even mock interview sessions with the University placement cell. They will guide you and correct you if there is any need to change one's CV or resume. Placements: Placements are not very good for MBA as well as MIB. 80% of the students acquired jobs through off campus. No assistance/training to prepare students to clear placement tests or interviews. Very limited companies visit the campus. So, far I am satisfied with the faculty, plus I have invested very less.

Placements: Saying we got 100% placements would be wrong. Because many of the students became entrepreneur and set-up their own business. So, if I have to give a number then that would be 60-70% people got placed, plus the ROI factor will always play an important role in Central Universities.

Infrastructure: JMI is a central University so, it have one of the best infrastructure in India. It have even got under 250 rank in Asia. JMI has a history of around 100 years, it has a big central library and departmental libraries, J...
