The average placement in the 2023-25 batch.
Placements: Students with good grades got a 7 LPA package. The highest package would be 9 LPA, and the average package would be between 5-7 LPA. A few students dropped out of the course in the second year. From 140 students, we went down to 120 students in the second year. Marketing Assistant, Business Development Executive, and HR Manager were a few of the roles offered to the students.
Infrastructure: MIT is a Lyceum institute where events happen every now and then. Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are all well-maintained with hygiene. The faculty is really good and will help you understand in a relatable manner. A few students dropped out of the course in the second year. From 140 students, we went down to 120 students in the second year.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful. When in doubt, they will help you understand in a relatable manner. The semester exams are easy if you attend the lectures because the questions are application-based. The professors are highly qualified with PhDs, and some have real-life experience too.

My honest review of my college.
Placements: Placements and job opportunities are good at the MIT-WPU Pune. Many companies visit the college to hire students with good skills and knowledge. So overall, there are the best placements and job opportunities. Recently, Infosys came here and provided good placements. Self-job placement facility is not available. Many more students are working at KEM Mumbai, B.J. Medical Pune, Hindurao Delhi. Students have taken internship transfers at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Sangli. Internships are going on, but without a stipend and they refuse stipend for interns. Many companies come to the college for placements.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good with all the facilities for both boys and girls. There are both shared and non-shared rooms. There is no ragging. All management staff members are helpful if we require any.
Faculty: The course structure is good with every opportunity. We can get the best job by doing this course, as many companies come to the college for placements. The college is at the top in those things. The exam structure is fine. There is no hectic exam schedule or lab exams. Frequently, we get a practical lab session for our practices. All this stuff is good without any hectic practice, and time-to-time class tests are arranged for better study. It is the toughest course I have ever attended or heard of. Every mark earned there in 3 years is hard-earned. There is a lot to learn. Professors there set a very high benchmark for students. Industry-level assignments are done in the course curriculum. Professors don't allow us to cheat or copy internet-available assignments.

MBA in Digital Marketing - Batch of 2026

Hands-on digital marketing course with great exposure, but needs more industry integration.
Placements: Around 70-75% of students got placed through campus drives or direct institute support. Rest either went for freelancing, started their own thing, or continued higher studies. The highest package is 10 LPA, and average package is 4 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Dentsu Webchutney and WhiteHat Jr.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are decent. AC is available in most rooms, with projectors and whiteboards. Seating is comfortable enough, and the classrooms are tech-enabled for presentations and guest sessions. Food quality is average, not bad, but not exciting either. Canteen is better. It provides fast food, tea/coffee, maggi, sandwiches, biryani, etc. Rooms are okay, not luxury, but clean and functional.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and have solid industry knowledge, especially those who are actively working as digital marketers or have agency experience. The pass percentage is quite high, around 90-95%, since the focus is more on skill application than written memorisation.
Other: I chose digital marketing because I was looking for something that was creative, fast-evolving, and full of opportunities. I did not want to go down the typical engineering/IT path, I liked writing, social media, and analysing trends. Also, the flexibility of career options in this field is a big plus. You can work in agencies, brands, freelance, or even start something of your own. It just felt more me.

Good infrastructure, average placement and high fees.
Placements: I was placed at Infosys with a package of 7.5 lacs. The highest package was 50 lacs. TCS also recruited students from my college. About 60% of the students got internships, and some students even got a chance to study abroad for a few days.
Infrastructure: There were no sports facilities on campus and no wifi for students. The campus has a very big ground, but it is only used for events. The campus has many trees and is not that big, but it is ok. There is an interdepartmental sports competition each year, and there is an esports club too.
Faculty: The teachers are good and they make sure that the students are industry ready. The semester exams are not that difficult, and the lab and tutorials are also not that difficult. If we attend all the lectures, the teachers will give us full marks. There is an 80% attendance criterion for the exams.
Other: I chose this college because I had an interest in coding. The college offers a variety of events throughout the year, which helps keep things interesting.
