It is a good college. It is ranked 2nd in the top NITs.

Placements: We get to know about vehicle mechanics and dynamics, so most of our seniors are recruited in Tata, Mahindra, etc. Future study programmes are connected with this branch, which will provide extra knowledge and scholarship for higher studies.

Infrastructure: The hostel facility is the best. It has M. Visvesvaraya hostel. For the first-year students, the hostel facility is separate. In the final year, we get a single room each for our studies. The food served is one of the best in Rourkela, and it is of restaurant ...

Review of National Institute of Technology, Rourkela.

Placements: I am studying B.Tech in electronics and instrumentation engineering in NIT Rourkela. Around 70%-85% of students were placed according to our seniors. The highest salary package offered in our branch was 21 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 6.3 LPA-7 LPA. Coco-Cola and Pepsico are some major companies which recruit EIE students.

Infrastructure: We joined here in 2020 December. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were unable to visit the campus. However, according to our seniors, facilities and i...

It is a very good college. It has the best faculty members, placements and infrastructure.

Placements: I have been watching our seniors placements and internships. The training and placement cell is very good. I am hoping for a good placement for me. The internships are started early for our batch, and there is a very good success rate so far. Very good companies visit the campus for placements.

Infrastructure: Our college provides a good hostel facility. A variety of dishes are available for different students from north and south India. They maintain good neatness in hostel rooms. They clean the rooms every 2 d...

No, definitely not. The thing that matters is tat you cleared the exam and not the number of attempts that you gave. So, be calm and enjoy the next wonderful 4 years of life.
